Responsibilities
- Own the core services behind Crusoe Cloud's managed container registry.
- Take strategic components from design through production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Drive performance improvements and address bottlenecks proactively.
- Guide the team through architecture decisions and code reviews.
- Shape technical designs and align priorities with product and platform partners.
Requirements
- Proven success in designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Experience profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing distributed systems.
- Ability to transform ambiguous performance problems into actionable solutions.
- Track record of leading complex projects from design to deployment.
- Strong fundamentals in microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Interest in mentoring and growing other engineers.
- 5 - 8 years of professional software development experience.
