Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, build, and launch AI-powered workflow automation products for government services.
- Take full ownership of AI product development from needs identification to shipping solutions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and government experts to create reliable workflows.
- Leverage advanced models and custom LLM systems for accuracy and scalability.
- Use feedback and usage data to iterate and improve automation features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software/product engineering experience in high-growth startups.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval systems.
- Strong focus on usability and impact in product development.
- Ability to quickly move from prototype to production using data-driven insights.
