Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse business stakeholders to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning backend development, frontend applications, data pipelines, and AI tools.
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions that accelerate non-technical stakeholders’ workflows.
- Rapidly develop solutions in ambiguous problem spaces without fully curated requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders from entry level through executive leadership in clear, non-technical language.
- Use tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code to accelerate solution delivery.
- Adapt across varied technical problems and domains while maintaining engineering quality.
- Contribute to engineering standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders.
- Experience with Python and data pipelining, such as ETL.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks, with one being sufficient.
- Ideally, experience using Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit to deliver solutions.
- Ability to rapidly solve ambiguous problems and turn manual workflows into seamless AI-enabled processes.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills, product instincts, empathy, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- A passion for music and motivation to support artists’ careers.
