Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to CRIMS technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into scalable CRIMS solutions.
- Design, configure, develop, and integrate application components.
- Perform end-to-end system, integration, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, data, and integration layers.
- Support go-live readiness and transition to client ownership in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Follow CRD SDLC, documentation, quality, and delivery practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant industry experience, with the posting describing a typical range of 12–18 years.
- Experience delivering complex investment management or financial technology implementations in Front, Middle, or Back Office environments.
- Strong capital markets knowledge, including equity, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and investment or wealth management workflows.
- Hands-on experience with application development, configuration, system integration, data processing, reporting and analytics, and cloud-based implementations.
- Experience with C#, Java, SQL Server, batch jobs, ETL, observability tools, Azure and/or AWS, and market-data or reference-data integrations.
- Experience with FIX, SWIFT, Bloomberg, MSCI, Pentaho Kettle or Talend, SSRS, and Snowflake is valued or preferred as specified.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced degrees, Azure or AWS certifications, relevant technical or financial certifications, and CFA are preferred or a plus.
