Base Salary
$190k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflows across lead capture, enrichment, routing, and outreach.
- Build and maintain integrations using Python, SQL, or JavaScript to connect internal systems and external tools.
- Own and optimize our GTM stack, including tools like Clay, Salesforce, and enrichment APIs.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across the funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition through closed-won.
- Create internal tools, scripts, and dashboards that improve sales team efficiency and visibility.
- Continuously test, iterate, and ship improvements that measurably impact pipeline generation and conversion.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a GTM Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical RevOps role.
- Proficient in coding with Python, SQL, or JavaScript and experienced in building integrations or automation systems.
- Deep understanding of the modern GTM stack and how different tools connect across the funnel.
- Ability to think beyond tooling and understand the significance of data in influencing sales outcomes.
- Experience in shipping workflows, tools, or systems that materially changed sales team operations.
- Enjoyment in owning ambiguous problems and creating scalable, automated solutions.
