Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems O11, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, performant, modular, and maintainable technical designs.
- Develop integrations with enterprise platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and event-driven patterns.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management, environment management, automated deployments, and reliable releases.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery leaders across the delivery lifecycle.
- Support AI-augmented and intelligent workflows such as decision support, document processing, and agent-enabled user interactions.
- Optimize application performance, uphold coding and security standards, and support production readiness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience, including at least 4 years of OutSystems development.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, modular design, and performance optimization.
- Ability to balance delivery speed with quality, security, and governance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- OutSystems Professional or Expert Developer Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
