Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute rapidly to the core software platform that automates the leasing process.
- Develop and own new features that increase customer value.
- Propose improvements to software architecture and design patterns.
- Drive engineering best practices and use automated testing and continuous integration and continuous delivery to iterate rapidly.
- Attract top-tier engineering talent to the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a startup mindset, ownership, quality, and sense of urgency.
- Have shipped scalable mobile applications to an app store.
- Solve problems effectively with little guidance and demonstrate a strong bias for action.
- Have strong system design knowledge.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Java, C#, Go, or Python.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C++.
- Understand microservices architecture and event-driven distributed systems.
- Understand machine learning and data.
- Have AWS experience.
- Be willing to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
