Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define reliability standards, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response runbooks for Enterprise AI.
- Own observability, incident response, reliability, scalability, and high availability for the internal AI platform.
- Contribute code and automation workflows for agents, gateways, LLM proxies, and RAG pipelines.
- Support users through a dedicated help channel by investigating root causes, providing solutions, monitoring upstream dependencies, and communicating updates.
- Improve code quality, development lifecycle practices, the core platform, and developer workflows.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of professional cloud automation or site reliability engineering experience, or similar.
- Require familiarity with software development best practices and experience creating applications in Python.
- Require experience creating and integrating APIs and working with event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
- Require experience with relational databases including Postgres and MySQL, and NoSQL databases including DynamoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Require experience with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes-driven deployments, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Require strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prefer experience developing agentic AI applications, harnesses, MCP servers, and workflows.
- Prefer experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, or agentic tools.
- Prefer experience with observability tooling such as DataDog.
