Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform microservices, deployment pipelines, test environment tooling, traffic-routing mechanisms, and developer portal integrations.
- Turn product and business needs into tested, maintainable software.
- Develop Kotlin and JVM-based services while learning platform engineering and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Write tests, participate in code reviews, and improve code quality and engineering practices.
- Take ownership of well-scoped tasks from clarifying requirements through implementation and post-release monitoring.
- Support system reliability and gradually participate in on-duty shifts after onboarding and team agreement.
Requirements
- Experience programming in Kotlin or Java and motivation to develop Kotlin skills in a production environment.
- Basic understanding of microservices and interest in building reliable, scalable systems.
- Commitment to code quality, constructive code reviews, and sound engineering practices.
- Willingness to learn across technologies and navigate complex, distributed platform solutions.
- Clear communication with teammates and stakeholders and readiness to take ownership of well-scoped tasks.
- Professional working proficiency in Polish and English at least at B2 level.
