Responsibilities
- Deliver Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 solutions within Agile teams.
- Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry.
- Extend platform capabilities through custom connectors, pro-code customization, and Azure APIs.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and apply DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to determine solution approaches.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions while balancing configuration, customization, cost, and value.
- Influence technical direction across cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
- Some experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Ability to follow the Microsoft roadmap and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments.
- Microsoft certifications such as AB-100, AB-620, PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, or AI-102 are preferred.
- Strong analytical, adaptability, solution-design, and stakeholder-communication skills.
