Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts for multiple concurrent data publishing and integration projects.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive System Integration Testing strategies.
- Create test execution metrics, status reports, and action plans for data quality issues.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on defect analysis, triage, and resolution.
- Review requirements, data mappings, and technical design specifications.
- Participate in quality assurance walkthroughs, inspections, reviews, user groups, and production implementation verification.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of QA processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of ETL testing experience.
- At least 3 years of test automation experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading QA analysts on a project team.
- Preferred experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong SQL and ETL testing experience.
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, PyTest, or DBT tests.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
