Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation.
- Define test strategies based on client and business needs.
- Create and write structured test plans.
- Collaborate closely with clients.
- Apply various testing methodologies in implementation.
- Mentor and coach project teams towards shared goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to teams and clients.
- Identify obstacles to ensure quality and improve user experience.
- Communicate complex problems clearly across teams.
- Apply knowledge and findings at an organizational scale.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional test engineering experience.
- Experience with testing methodologies and implementation.
- Strong communication skills for conveying testing approaches.
- Professional programming experience.
- Experience architecting automated testing suites across platforms.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress.io, Playwright, and Selenium.
- Advocate for SDLC processes.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
