Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-engineered signal-processing and automation tools for domain applications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions with multidisciplinary engineering and mission teams.
- Use GPU programming such as CUDA or RAPIDS to optimize application and process performance.
- Contribute to architectures for rapidly fielding capabilities using streaming datasets and near-real-time feeds.
- Build, deploy, and operate production ML models and support MLOps workflows, including monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing AI/ML capabilities in a microservice stack.
- Experience designing AI-agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops.
- Experience with Python-based ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with statically sound model evaluation and AI quality metrics.
- Experience building, deploying, and operating supervised, unsupervised, or anomaly-detection ML models in production.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Preferred experience includes CUDA or RAPIDS, AWS, classified-environment model containerization, ML engineering and MLOps, model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, automated retraining, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
