Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-engineered signal-processing and automation tools for domain applications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions that modernize analysis workflows.
- Develop AI-agent planning, reasoning, and execution loops.
- Build, deploy, and operate production machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, or anomaly-detection approaches.
- Use GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDS, to optimize applications and processes.
- Contribute to architecture and implementation of capabilities using streaming datasets and near-real-time feeds.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, mission subject-matter experts, senior engineers, and product teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing AI/ML capabilities in a microservice stack.
- Experience with Python-based machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience demonstrating statically sound model evaluation and AI quality metrics.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph examination.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Preferred: GPU programming experience with CUDA or RAPIDS.
- Preferred: AWS and model containerization experience in a classified environment.
- Preferred: ML engineering and MLOps experience, including model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
- Preferred: Knowledge of software design patterns, microservice design, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
