Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support DevOps pipelines, tooling, and automation.
- Recommend appropriate pipeline and tooling choices for Feature/Lab accountabilities in line with Group Strategy.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes within established data, knowledge, strategic planning, risk management, and performance management systems.
- Identify process, systems, IT security, and procedural shortcomings and deliver improvement plans with guidance.
- Provide specialized training or coaching and develop the capabilities of direct reports.
- Manage others, set short-term objectives, and help manage direct-report performance.
- Deliver assigned budgets and conduct complex budget-progress analyses where required.
- Define, deliver, and adapt specialized products or services to meet customer needs.
