Responsibilities
- Own Azure infrastructure end to end, including App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and multi-region networking.
- Lead CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, DB, and Security teams to run Kubernetes on AKS and shape the platform roadmap.
- Build observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry while owning SLOs, alerting, runbooks, and on-call processes.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level DevOps engineers where relevant.
- Drive infrastructure as code, business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, FinOps, security posture, and AI infrastructure enablement.
- Lead incidents and deliver lasting fixes rather than short-term patches.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability, CI/CD platforms, and scripting in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Working knowledge of AI and ML enablement, including LLM APIs and infrastructure for AI workloads.
- Experience leading incidents calmly and implementing durable fixes.
