Base Salary
$150k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with IT team members to define and execute the infrastructure roadmap.
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies for IT operations.
- Design, deploy, and maintain networking and cloud-based services.
- Ensure high availability and security of applications and data.
- Manage user identity and access controls.
- Deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices.
- Act as an escalation point for critical infrastructure issues.
- Provide hands-on support for network and cloud issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a related field.
- Deep expertise in networking, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and backup/disaster recovery planning.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects without direct managerial responsibility.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
