Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available full-stack solutions for Microsoft Advertising CRM platforms.
  • Build web applications, APIs, cloud-native services, distributed systems, backend services, and data platforms using Azure technologies.
  • Modernize CRM solutions and improve scalability, customer experiences, sales productivity, customer engagement, and advertiser lifecycle management.
  • Use Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform for workflow automation and business process improvement.
  • Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities such as Copilot experiences, intelligent recommendations, conversational workflows, predictive insights, and automation.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Drive engineering excellence through architecture and code reviews, testing automation, observability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Own solutions across design, implementation, deployment, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor engineers and evaluate emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Copilot extensibility, and intelligent automation frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and cloud services.
  • Solid full-stack development skills with C#, .NET, React/TypeScript, APIs, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including microservices, distributed systems, and data platforms.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions, including Copilot experiences, intelligent automation, or Generative AI capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with CRM, Sales Enablement, Customer Engagement, or Advertising Technology platforms.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
  • Preferred knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules.
  • Preferred experience with Azure AI Services, LLMs, Copilot extensibility, Agentic AI solutions, enterprise modernization, cloud transformation, or platform migration.

Benefits

  • Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated U.S. Microsoft office or a 25-mile commute of a designated non-U.S. location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026, subject to local law and jurisdiction.
