Responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s).
- Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization.
- Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption.
- Contribute to technical community engagement by leading workshops and seminars.
Requirements
- Experience in complex customer interactions and the sales lifecycle.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and build relationships.
- Prior coding experience in a core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
- Hands-on expertise with proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of providing technical solutions for specialized customer needs.
- Prior experience in the regulated FSI vertical is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
