Base Salary
$244k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve foundational platform systems that power Kikoff’s products.
- Own critical identity, KYC, furnishing, and other shared platform services end-to-end.
- Build scalable production systems used by multiple engineering teams.
- Investigate unusual data states and debug complex production issues.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed and product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling production systems.
- Experience building platform services or shared infrastructure used by multiple teams.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly; Ruby on Rails experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong ownership, initiative, communication, collaboration, and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of identity verification and KYC processes is a plus.
