Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ownership of member-facing web, mobile, and AI chatbot experiences.
- Define and maintain technical standards for front-end architecture and performance.
- Drive a strategy for reusable business logic and design consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Shape AI-enabled chat and support capabilities for improved member navigation.
- Mentor engineers and lead design reviews to guide implementation decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end architecture.
- Proven experience building applications using React Native.
- Strong experience with .NET / C# and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and reusable component patterns.
- Preferred experience with AI-powered product features.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
