Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and business alignment.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage the team, and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve software quality and delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience optimizing software development processes for efficiency and product quality.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise-system integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value through technology.
- 15 years of full-time education.
