Responsibilities
- Implement clean, effective, testable features and modules using team and platform standards.
- Create and maintain simple services and improve the codebase for understandability, operability, and extensibility.
- Write unit tests and contribute to automation that improves release confidence.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, clarify requirements and risks, and explain implementation trade-offs.
- Own work through implementation, release, monitoring, support, and follow-up.
- Monitor team services, participate in support workflows, and use incidents and production feedback to improve reliability.
- Apply testing, observability, security, privacy, and maintainability practices throughout delivery.
- Collaborate through pairing, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and responsible use of AI tools.
Requirements
- Solid experience building production software with modern engineering practices.
- Strong fundamentals in clean code, testing, debugging, and maintainable design.
- Experience with .NET and C#, or strong willingness to work deeply in a .NET backend environment.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend development, ideally React and/or Next.js.
- Ability to build modules or simple services from scratch while following existing patterns and standards.
- Ability to contribute to technical design discussions and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- Comfort working with production systems, monitoring, incident response, and operational feedback.
- Product-minded judgment, a quality mindset, security awareness, and clear communication.
- Willingness to collaborate in code reviews, ask for or offer help, and remain accountable when using AI tools.
