Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable full-stack features for the Banking Platform.
- Translate requirements and designs into clean, maintainable, well-tested front-end and back-end code.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams to deliver features on time.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering standards.
- Address development challenges and delivery risks proactively.
- Apply and develop AI-assisted development practices for AIOS-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong database and query-building knowledge across multiple databases.
- Enterprise software development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, web services, MQ, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL; Java is critical.
- Front-end development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, plus HTML and CSS; React is critical.
- Experience with technologies including JBuilder, Servlets, EJB, Go, Rust, XML, TypeScript, WebLogic, WebSphere, Struts, report frameworks, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, OOAD, UML, Cosmos, Kafka, event streaming, Kubernetes, and Azure.
- Banking and financial-institution domain knowledge or experience in large enterprise IT environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest or experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Eclipse, Maven, Sonar, and JUnit is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, prioritization, and deadline-management skills are preferred.
