Responsibilities
- Review requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business needs.
- Participate in architectural reviews and lead the design of features and multiple software modules.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Evaluate and recommend open-source technology adoption.
- Develop scripts and code, participate in peer reviews, and follow standard coding processes.
- Develop unit tests, fix defects, create test strategies, and recommend testing frameworks.
- Define deployment and release guidelines, plan environments and cross-functional dependencies, and document software configuration management practices.
- Maintain inventories of production applications, flows, and systems and help prepare application support documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic application issues using knowledge-base documentation.
- Provide level-of-effort estimates, coordinate schedules with technical project managers and product management, and provide status and release-management updates.
- Investigate, analyze, and evaluate new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
