Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI opportunities with business leaders and define the technology vision and agent product roadmap for a strategic domain.
- Design and build production-grade AI systems while driving architecture, scalability, reliability, and maintainability decisions.
- Work with end users, measure adoption and outcomes, and accelerate AI transformation across the business domain.
- Establish best practices for evaluation, testing, guardrails, and observability, and review technical designs.
- Mentor engineers and agent builders, share knowledge, and develop reusable components and organizational AI expertise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
- Strong experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
- Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
- Proven leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Candidates may include a GitHub link with their CV.
