Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, refactor, and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions on the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform.
- Create technical designs, integration guides, API documentation, and other development documentation.
- Lead technical code reviews and participate in enterprise-level technical design reviews.
- Investigate complex production issues such as memory leaks and thread dumps and optimize backend services.
- Own release cycles, run scrum ceremonies, obtain change approvals, and deploy application updates.
- Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and oversee automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, business solution architects, product managers, designers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor backend developers on Java, Spring, code quality, and Hybris-specific development standards.
- Create custom skills using Claude AI or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve governance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into the digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including exposure to Configure to Order and Engineer to Order processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP CPQ for defining technical architecture.
- Understanding of headless architecture using Spartacus or ReactJS-based front ends and OCC APIs.
- Deep proficiency in Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework, including Spring Core, MVC, Security, and Integration.
- Experience solutioning complex projects and implementing mid- to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce solutions.
- Experience developing applications with Claude AI or similar tools using structured planning, autonomous subagents, and environment management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a highly agile environment.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 migration experience, full-stack ReactJS development, SAP CPQ experience, and creating custom automation skills with Claude AI or similar tools.
