$122k - $152k/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical resource for enterprise identity and access management platforms.
Design, configure, optimize, integrate, and support IBM Verify Access, IBM DataPower, and related security technologies.
Drive platform architecture, operational oversight, enterprise adoption, standards, metrics, validation processes, and documentation.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, web security, infrastructure, SSL/TLS, certificate, web traffic, and packet-capture issues.
Develop automation solutions, evaluate emerging security technologies, and plan and execute software, platform, and infrastructure upgrades.
Partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to implement enterprise IAM and web security solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
At least 3 years of experience implementing, monitoring, and supporting information security technologies.
Hands-on experience with IBM Verify Access, IBM Security Access Manager, and/or IBM DataPower.
Experience with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, IAM, LDAP, and logical access control technologies.
Strong Unix/Linux administration and Bash scripting experience.
Experience supporting production environments, infrastructure upgrades, and enterprise security solutions across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of networking, web applications, cloud infrastructure, and security architecture principles.
Preferred qualifications include experience with additional IAM or privileged access management technologies, ServiceNow, Windows, VMware, hybrid infrastructure, cloud networking, infrastructure security, security automation, JavaScript, and application development.

Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available based on business needs and candidate location, with work limited to approved Voya hub locations.
