Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture and detailed technical designs for PTC Windchill PLM implementations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions covering integrations, workflows, data models, and customizations.
- Lead Windchill implementations and customizations across PDMLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink.
- Oversee performance, security, configuration, upgrade, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
- Establish PLM standards, reusable frameworks, customization guidelines, workflows, and lifecycle best practices.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders through workshops and design reviews.
- Mentor development and support teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to design principles.
- Lead implementation teams through Agile and SDLC delivery phases and perform technical risk assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required, with 7.5 to 9 years of experience in PTC Windchill preferred.
- Strong experience with PLM Windchill and Windchill implementation customization is required.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Info*Engine Webjects, JCA/JSX components, and API integrations is required or expected for the role.
- Ability to lead mid-to-large teams and provide technical architecture guidance.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and pressure-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
