Base Salary
$293k - $324k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build core experimentation and rollout infrastructure for safely launching and evaluating product and model changes.
- Develop feature management, progressive rollout, and canary deployment systems.
- Partner with Data Science to support scaled adoption of advanced statistical methodologies.
- Integrate experimentation and rollout systems with product, infrastructure, and research development workflows.
- Lead large technical initiatives and shape the architecture and long-term evolution of the experimentation and launch infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience building internal tooling infrastructure such as internal data or experimentation platforms, feature flagging systems, rollout tooling, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems supporting high-traffic products and rapid iteration cycles.
- Ability to own complex technical problems end-to-end and drive architectural decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Interest in developer experience, platform usability, and systems that help other engineers move faster.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
