Responsibilities
- Design and build core experimentation and rollout infrastructure for OpenAI.
- Develop systems for feature management, progressive rollouts, and canary deployments.
- Collaborate with Data Science to adopt advanced statistical methodologies.
- Integrate experimentation and rollout systems into the product development lifecycle.
- Lead large technical initiatives and shape the architecture of experimentation infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building internal tooling infrastructure.
- Comfortable designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems end-to-end.
- Experience in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity.
- Passion for enhancing developer experience and platform usability.
