Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable software components and applications using Appian Process Automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within automated workflows.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support alignment and timely project milestone delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
- Strong understanding of process automation principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in automated workflows.
- Java programming experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
