Responsibilities
- Build and ship product software for professional programmers, particularly the company’s editor.
- Invent new interfaces and user experiences for reviewing AI-generated code.
- Build new product verticals from scratch, such as AI bug detection.
- Run experiments and A/B tests on millions of users to improve agent quality, including sub-agents, memories, and pull-request retrieval.
Requirements
- Experience building a great product.
- Excellent software engineering skills combined with a taste for models and design.
- Creative product thinking and the ability to build powerful tools without compromising ease of use.
- Participation in technical interviews and an onsite project-based interview process.
