Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement complex custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make technical decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Lead scalable and maintainable software architecture and implementation aligned with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes and team productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including experience with SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong experience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience integrating custom solutions across diverse systems.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
