Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional leadership for architecture and design decisions affecting enterprise SAP systems.
- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance, end-to-end banking technology solutions.
- Work with SAP Transactional Banking Services, including deposits, master contract management, loans, pricing, payments, settlement, accruals, correspondence, and end-of-day processes.
- Assess downstream and cross-module impacts of changes deployed in SAP.
- Apply API design principles using OpenAPI, contract-first design, and reusable interfaces.
- Use AWS and cloud-native architectures to support scalability, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
- Implement real-time messaging and integration using Kafka or an equivalent event-streaming platform.
- Support software development, testing, automation, debugging, troubleshooting, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Deep knowledge of core banking systems and SAP Transactional Banking Services.
- Experience with SAP banking domains, particularly deposits and pricing.
- Proficiency in one or more of SAP Deposits Management, Master Contract Management, and Loans Management.
- Knowledge of Contract Management Framework, product management, pricing modules, payments, settlement and accrual processes, correspondence modules, and end-of-day processes.
- Knowledge of SAP Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and version-control processes.
- Knowledge of ABAP development using Eclipse IDE and associated tooling.
- Strong API design experience with OpenAPI and contract-first, reusable interfaces.
- Experience with AWS, cloud-native architectures, Kafka or equivalent event streaming, and the infrastructure supporting .NET applications.
- Experience leading teams and solving complex technical problems through debugging and troubleshooting.
