Responsibilities
- Engineering high-availability AI pipelines across distributed components.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide AI-driven capabilities.
- Rapidly prototyping ML and LLM solutions for complex problems.
- Optimizing system performance to maximize ROI.
- Contributing to the user experience of Outreach's AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in machine learning and NLP systems.
- Master’s Degree or PhD in computer science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in statistics and experiment design.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Experience in developing cloud-based AI applications.
- Familiarity with continuous-deployment projects.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Quick learner of new technologies and frameworks.
