Responsibilities
- Engage in technical pre-sales conversations with customers.
- Guide architecture reviews and craft tailored solutions.
- Support customers through onboarding and integrations.
- Manage RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets.
- Translate customer needs into product insights.
- Build scalable processes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- 1+ years of experience selling to Mid Market or Enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting, and debugging tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, and product/engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
