Base Salary
$220k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects.
- Work with vendors to integrate systems into the company's infrastructure.
- Provide guidance and support on system and process best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes in manufacturing.
- Experience as a sole administrator with limited reliance on external resources.
- Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
- Ability to work in-office full time and travel up to 25%.
