Base Salary
$87k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the success of new and existing integrations across product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Analyze messy data sets and identify gaps in technical platforms.
- Guide merchants in understanding integration processes and improving data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities for improvement.
- Shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with product and operations owners.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for integrated offerings and support partners through new integration builds.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts into business solutions.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and self-service.
- Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes.
- Strong ability to collaborate with external partners.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
