Responsibilities
- Engage in technical pre-sales conversations to showcase Yoodli's platform value.
- Guide architecture reviews and craft tailored solutions for customers.
- Support customers through onboarding and integrations.
- Manage RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets as needed.
- Translate customer needs into product insights and scalable processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
- 1+ years of experience selling into SMB or Mid Market accounts.
- Comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, and product/engineering teams.
