Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers.
- Deepen platform adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key technical stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers scaling their AI workloads.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Specialist Field Engineers.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and address technical blockers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or technical field engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning models and LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
