Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical partner for customers across CoreWeave’s infrastructure, Models, Weave, observability, and inference platform.
- Deepen platform adoption, identify and drive expansion opportunities, and strengthen relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Help AI teams solve production problems while building, training, deploying, and scaling AI workloads.
- Design and deploy production LLM-powered applications and build demos or proofs of concept for customer use cases.
- Partner with Account Managers on commercial activity and with Specialist Field Engineers on deep technical domains.
- Represent the customer voice internally, surface product feedback, and proactively address technical blockers and business-critical needs.
- Translate complex technical concepts for engineering and executive audiences.
- Own customer relationships end-to-end and support technical success across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
- Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to break down and solve complex, novel technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills for engineering and executive audiences.
- Preferred familiarity with GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, PyTorch, VLLM, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Slurm, Kubernetes, hyperparameter optimization, experiment tracking, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, and high-performance GPU infrastructure.
- Prior technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience focused on net-new logos or greenfield accounts is preferred.
