Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls to understand customer requirements, technical environments, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demonstrations that communicate Synthesia’s business value across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars.
- Scope proofs of concept, design technical solutions, and address technical objections and integration questions.
- Assess technical fit, opportunity risk, timelines, and dependencies to support account and deal strategy.
- Build relationships with technical champions and enable them to advocate for Synthesia within their organizations.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance, enterprise identity, scalability, and integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems.
- Maintain product knowledge, complete enablement certifications, and share field insights with Product.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment, or equivalent technical customer-facing experience.
- Ability to deliver structured, discovery-aligned demonstrations using core demo techniques such as Tell-Show-Tell.
- Ability to apply solution designs and best practices, identify deal risk, and communicate clear next steps to Account Executives.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Technical fundamentals in at least one area such as creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, or compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer discovery and on-site demonstrations.
- Previous Account Executive experience is preferred.
- Experience with video AI is preferred.
