Base Salary
$157k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end systems and infrastructure for multimodal and video models.
- Design and operate data and ingest pipelines for large-scale video data.
- Build and scale training and evaluation infrastructure for automated measurement.
- Develop inference and serving systems for real-time and batch workloads.
- Create retrieval, indexing, and embedding infrastructure for agentic reasoning.
- Ensure platform security, privacy, and responsible design.
- Set technical direction and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale distributed platforms.
- Deep experience in the ML lifecycle including data pipelines and model serving.
- Experience with large-scale data systems handling video or multimodal data.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on system architecture.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with scientists and engineers.
