Responsibilities

  • Lead technical triage and investigation of production incidents, service degradations, and connectivity outages.
  • Coordinate incident resolution, communications, escalations, recovery activities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor connected-service health, operational metrics, service risks, and reliability indicators across assigned international markets.
  • Analyze customer feedback, app store ratings, performance trends, and reported issues to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate operational reports and dashboards and support governance, business reviews, and operational readiness for launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, customer support, business teams, telecommunications providers, and other external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Operations, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production support, product operations, incident management, site reliability engineering, connected services operations, technical support engineering, or software delivery operations.
  • Preferred experience includes connected vehicle platforms, telematics systems, IoT solutions, mobile application operations, cloud-based applications, or telecommunications services.
