Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy complex AI applications, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers, from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify reusable field patterns and product friction, converting them into modules or feature requests for engineering teams.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and promote development practices that support long-term adoption and project success.
- Lead technical discovery with executive stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions to internal or external customers using Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
- Experience building scalable structured and unstructured data pipelines incorporating vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience architecting scalable AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, hierarchical delegation, integrated systems, real-time inference, model quantization, and higher-education customer partnerships.
- Preferred knowledge includes LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, granular tracing, Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
