Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed inside customer AI engineering teams to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents using W&B Weave.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for architectural decisions and best practices.
- Develop reference implementations, demos, and example projects for W&B Weave.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to influence the W&B Weave product roadmap.
- Conduct technical workshops and enablement sessions to accelerate customer adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in customer environments.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with experience in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to work directly with customers in technical consulting roles.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
