Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer AI engineering teams to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents using W&B Weave.
- Advise customers on architecture, best practices, and agentic workflows.
- Develop reference implementations, demos, and example projects.
- Gather customer feedback to influence the W&B Weave product roadmap and improve the AI developer experience.
- Conduct technical workshops, deep dives, and enablement sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in customer environments.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with Python and modern ML/AI systems frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering or hands-on coding experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience working directly with customers in technical consulting or solutions engineering roles.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes production ML/AI systems, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, reinforcement learning, or forward deployed, field engineering, or solutions architect roles.
