Base Salary

$147k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build cross-functional AI and Large Language Model tooling for vulnerability research, defensive engineering, and mitigation.
  • Participate in Android and Device Vulnerability Reward Program triage, analyze incoming vulnerabilities, and collaborate on vulnerability management and tooling.
  • Conduct deep-dive Android security research and convert vulnerability reports into prioritized platform mitigation solutions.
  • Partner with product and feature teams to implement mitigations and respond to vulnerabilities in pre-release and in-market Android products.
  • Provide product security consultation and conduct security design reviews for new Android features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Android security assessments, penetration testing, or vulnerability research.
  • At least 2 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
  • At least 2 years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.
  • Preferred: experience designing and building LLM-based agentic workflows, frameworks, or automation tools for vulnerability research and remediation.
  • Preferred: experience with high-impact Vulnerability Reward Programs, Android platform security research, public CVEs, security publications or conference presentations, and Android operating system security architecture and attack surfaces.

Benefits

  • US base pay is listed as $147000-$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
