Responsibilities
- Own the member journey from the initial website visit through app usage during a power outage.
- Build discovery and checkout experiences with accurate plans and pricing across addresses, products, and markets.
- Build activation workflows including photo submission, live status tracking, and internal coordination tools.
- Turn live battery telemetry into in-app outage status, billing, and battery performance experiences.
- Ship across the database, API, and UI layers and define metrics for product effectiveness.
- Partner with design, Growth, deployments, and member support to build self-serve product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building production software in product or full-stack engineering roles.
- Strong experience designing system architecture for complex web applications.
- Track record of owning products or platforms from concept through launch and iteration.
- Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous ideas into useful shipped products.
- Ability to work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with intensity and urgency while maintaining a high standard of output.
