Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of AWS-based IoT and IIoT solutions.
- Architect solutions across multiple AWS regions and availability zones.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and create tailored IoT solutions.
- Oversee implementation and deployment to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Create architectural diagrams, design specifications, operational guides, and other technical documentation.
- Deliver internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
- Ensure solutions follow AWS best practices and address security vulnerabilities.
- Configure and deploy automated solutions using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience is required; the posting also cites 12 years in the project requirements and 6+ years of AWS cloud experience.
- At least 4 years of experience architecting and implementing IoT solutions.
- BE, BTech, or MTech qualification and 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.
- Deep expertise in AWS IoT and the listed AWS cloud, data, security, monitoring, and infrastructure services.
- Expertise in security automation and security policies.
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js, and/or Python.
- Database migration experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
