Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision across teams.
- Coordinate shared technical direction and create actionable priorities.
- Contribute hands-on within teams while mentoring engineers.
- Translate higher-level business goals into engineering approaches.
- Support engineers through mentorship and design reviews.
- Drive alignment across the organization and manage dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in coordinating multi-team technical initiatives.
- Ability to design scalable systems and articulate a technical roadmap.
- Experience running services in production with a 'you build it, you run it' mindset.
- Background in complex domains like travel or fintech.
- Comfortable with backend-heavy systems and full-stack development.
- Experience leading observability and reliability practices.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical excellence.
- Interest in AI-augmented workflows and modern development practices.
