Responsibilities
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Build and ship features to production daily.
- Develop agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and conversations.
- Transition prototypes into scalable, high-quality software when appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and operate with a high-agency startup mindset.
- Resourcefulness, speed, and willingness to work directly with customers.
